Shipping

YES! All cannabis will be packed into a smell-resistant mylar bag and everything will then be vacuum sealed to prevent any sort of smell to be leaked and box discreetly and placed in a mailer bag for ultimate privacy

To prevent fraud, we require the billing address and shipping address to be the same. If you would like to ship to a separate address we require a photo government issued identification.

Yes, as soon as your order is confirmed you will receive an email to confirm your order along with a tracking number as soon as we have fulfilled your order

If your package does not arrive by the expected Shipping Carrier’s stated delivery date, contact us through email. – You will then file a trace with the Shipping Carrier in an attempt to locate your package. – Once a trace has been filed it may take anywhere up to 5 business days, if the trace is successful the package will be on route to you. However, if the package cannot be located, we will send you a 1x replacement of up to $500. – We cannot issue refunds due to the lateness of the package as that is solely due to the Shipping Carrier and is not within our control. – We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once Shipping Carrier marks the tracking “Delivered”.

Please take photos of your box before opening and after opening to help us better serve you. We weigh all packages prior to shipping to ensure everything is there and any discrepancies are accurate. If there is any discrepancies please send videos and photos to [email protected].

As theft of all sorts of packages are on the rise. Please ensure you have your items delivered to a secure location. We are not held liable for lost or stolen packages if left unattended after delivery has been made.
